Description of the goods sold: latex clothing and related assortment
Goods price and payment:
Prices of goods are stated inclusive of 21% VAT. VAT does not apply to postage. Prices are set in CZK and prices in other currencies are for reference only. Prices are contractual. Payment is possible only by bank transfer and the purchase price is due before the order is dispatched.
Method of concluding a purchase contract:
Through the online store or by email. The contract is concluded only after confirmation of the order by the seller.
Method of delivery and transportation costs: The seller will deliver the goods by mail unless otherwise agreed. The buyer bears the transportation costs. Postage rates are governed by the Czech Post tariff and can be viewed on the Czech Post website here: www.cpost.cz
Delivery times: If the goods are marked as:
"IN STOCK": The goods are usually in stock and are typically dispatched within 2 working days. However, exceptions may occur as the online store is not technically capable of tracking the actual stock status. If the ordered item is not in stock, we will contact you to discuss further steps. "MADE TO ORDER": The usual delivery time is around 2 months, but this is not guaranteed - it may be shorter or longer. The exact delivery time depends on the current number of orders, material availability, and so on. "OUT OF STOCK": Please do not order this item, as we are unable to deliver it at the moment.
Protection of personal data: By placing an order, you consent to the processing of personal data provided by you. When processing customer information, we comply with the applicable laws of the Czech Republic, especially the Personal Data Protection Act No. 101/2000 Coll. The provided data is used only for processing your order and will not be provided to third parties.
The buyer has the right to return the purchased goods without stating a reason within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. The right to return goods without stating a reason does not apply to products that have been modified according to the buyer's request. Postage will not be refunded when returning goods in case of withdrawal from the purchase contract.
Rights arising from liability for defects - non-conformity with the purchase contract:
The seller is liable to the buyer for the fact that the sold item is in conformity with the purchase contract upon its receipt by the buyer, especially that it is free from defects. If the item is not in conformity with the purchase contract upon its receipt by the buyer (hereinafter referred to as "non-conformity with the purchase contract"), the buyer has the right to require the seller to bring the item into a state corresponding to the purchase contract free of charge and without undue delay, either by replacing the item or repairing it according to the buyer's request; if such a procedure is not possible, the buyer may demand a reasonable discount on the price of the item or withdraw from the contract. This does not apply if the buyer knew about the non-conformity with the purchase contract before accepting the item or caused the non-conformity with the purchase contract himself. Non-conformity with the purchase contract, which becomes apparent within six months from the date of receipt of the item, is considered to have existed already at the time of its receipt, unless it contradicts the nature of the item or unless proven otherwise.
